Joining Requirements
At Ponc Logistics, we maintain high standards to ensure a professional and enjoyable environment for all our drivers. Before applying, please ensure you meet the following requirements.
Driver Requirements
Minimum Age: 16+
You must be at least 16 years old to join our VTC.
TruckersMP Account
You must have an active TruckersMP account in good standing.
Discord Account
You must have a Discord account and be willing to join our server.
Language Proficiency
Basic English communication skills are required.
Clean Ban History
No recent or severe bans on TruckersMP within the last 3 months.
Technical Requirements
Game Ownership
You must own Euro Truck Simulator 2 and/or American Truck Simulator.
TruckersMP Installation
You must have TruckersMP installed and working properly.
Stable Internet Connection
A stable internet connection is required for convoy participation.
Microphone (Optional)
A microphone is recommended but not required for voice communication.
Mods Compatibility
Some convoys may require specific DLCs or mods. These will be communicated in advance.
Code of Conduct & Expectations
Expected Behavior
Professional and respectful communication with all members
Regular participation in company events and convoys
Following TruckersMP rules and regulations at all times
Safe and realistic driving during convoys
Wearing company colors and tags when representing Ponc Logistics
Prohibited Behavior
Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind
Reckless driving or intentional crashes during convoys
Sharing confidential company information with outsiders
Representing multiple VTCs simultaneously
Extended inactivity without prior notice
Activity Requirements
To maintain an active and engaged community, we expect our drivers to participate regularly in company activities. Here are our minimum activity requirements:
Junior Drivers
- • Minimum 3 hours weekly
- • At least 1 convoy per month
- • Regular Discord activity
Senior Drivers
- • Minimum 5 hours weekly
- • At least 2 convoys per month
- • Regular Discord activity
- • Mentoring junior drivers
Management
- • Minimum 8 hours weekly
- • Leading at least 1 convoy monthly
- • Daily Discord activity
- • Administrative responsibilities
Note: We understand that real-life commitments take priority. If you need to take a break or will be inactive for a period, please notify management in advance. Extended unexplained inactivity may result in removal from the company.
Application Process
If you meet our requirements and are interested in joining Ponc Logistics, here's what you can expect during the application process:
Submit Your Application
Fill out our online application form with your details, experience, and why you want to join Ponc Logistics.
We'll review your application and TruckersMP profile to ensure you meet our basic requirements.
Discord Interview
If your application is approved, you'll be invited to our Discord server for a brief interview with our recruitment team.
This is a casual conversation to get to know you better and answer any questions you might have about Ponc Logistics.
Onboarding Process
If accepted, you'll go through our onboarding process where you'll learn about our rules, procedures, and communication channels.
You'll be assigned a mentor who will help you get started and answer any questions you might have.
Probation Period
All new drivers start with a 2-week probation period where we'll assess your activity, behavior, and compatibility with our team.
During this time, you'll participate in at least one convoy and get familiar with our operations.
Full Membership
After successfully completing your probation period, you'll become a full member of Ponc Logistics.
You'll receive your official company truck skin, access to all company resources, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
